Traditional stone cottage facing south in rugged surroundings on the slopes of Errisbeg Mountain near the picturesque fishing village of Roundstone (2 miles), which has several restaurants, shops and pubs. Interesting coastline with many fine sandy beaches. Renowned crescent shaped beach at Dog's Bay (1/2 mile). There are spectacular views over Gorteen Bay and the island studded coastline towards the Aran Islands.

Comfortably furnished with sitting/dining room with wood burning stove, kitchen with (bottled gas) cooker, three bedrooms, two with a double and one with two single beds ,and bathroom . Duvets. High chair. Oil fired central heating. Television. Washing machine. Microwave. Linen included (not towels).
